Delivery & Replacement Policy

At HEARTH, we practice true stewardship—not just in how we craft our plant-based concentrates, but in how we care for our community. To keep our carbon footprint as light as possible and eliminate unnecessary shipping waste, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

We want to ensure your pure formulas arrive safely at your doorstep. If your order is damaged or broken during transit, we will gladly make it right.

Damaged or Broken Items

We pack our concentrates with the utmost care, but if a bottle arrives broken or leaking, we will promptly send you a replacement at absolutely no cost to you.

  • Please email us at hi@hearthecogoods.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and a quick photo of the damaged package so we can verify it with our carrier.

Once verified, we will get a fresh bottle shipped out to your sanctuary right away.

A Mindful Note: Because our formulas are highly concentrated and packaged to reduce environmental weight, all sales are final. If you ever have a question about an aroma or how to use a specific cleaner before you purchase, please reach out—we are always here to help you find the perfect fit for your home.
